The site allowed for some views of the dunes at the rear of the property while the front had some partial sea views, these were some of the main drivers for the design approach coupled with the client's needs and requests. The client asked for a design that was modern with ample use of outdoor space such as large balconies and patios.

One of the main focuses was the approach and entry of the house, this was expressed by celebrating the floating staircase which is visible upon arrival with the use of large panes of glazing. The experience of the approach towards the large double-volume entry was elevated by adding a water feature with a waterfall from the staircase.

The layout was carefully planned in order to provide comfortable living, and service areas conveniently located and out of sight. A large open-plan living area, kitchen, and dining open up to a rear patio giving the occupants the opportunity to entertain and enjoy daily living together in one space. The first floor contains 3 large balconies, one for each bedroom to enjoy views from almost every part of the house.
